Love this salad. I am on an anticoagulant and always looking for alternatives to dark leafy green salads. This one is fabulous. Horseradish gives it a wonderful bite. I added shaved raw turnip and currants for variety. Family likes the horseradish dressing enough to use it on other salads, too.
