This is so yummy, my whole family loved it! :) We only had to add a little more cumin and chili powder and it was excellent.

This recipe has been added to our regular menu lineup - it's that good! I recommend using a taco seasoning labeled "spicy". We tried it using a milder one, and it seemed to be missing something.

Everyone really liked this. I needed a bigger dish, so made a few changes. I used 1.5# of ground beef and doubled everything else--except used only one can of beans and one drained can of corn. My husband and I spiced it up further with salsa on the side. The leftovers were good for lunch!

This was quick to make, and very adaptable. Added 2 cans of sliced black olives and Rotel to the mix, left out corn. The only problem was that although there were about 4000 boxes of pasta in the store...no Wagon Wheels! Ended up using mini rigatoni which was unfortunate...they're thick and took forever to cook. The sour cream is a great touch and mellowed the flavor out a bit. Will definitely make again, but with a less dense pasta.

This was delicious! The pasta threw me off at first but I think that's what made the meal! We didn't have a tomato so we chopped up a red and green pepper and it still tasted good! We ate this with chips, like nachos and also just by itself. My two year old even ate this!!

I doubled the recipe, added rotel, and baked it in the oven after I mixed everything and cooked on the stove for about 15 minutes. The noodles did not seem to be cooking well on the stove. We add salsa to the top of ours before we ate it. Very good everyone in my family enjoyed it. I will be making it again soon!!!
