can (19 oz) Progresso® hearty tomato soup
1/2
cup refrigerated taco sauce with seasoned ground beef (from 18-oz container)
1
can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles
1/4
cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (1 oz)
1/4
cup crushed corn chips

  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, mix soup, ground beef and chiles. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  • 2 Top individual servings with cheese and corn chips.

This is good but, beans add for a more fullfilling meal + fiber. any kind of beans will work. Black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans etc. u can also use a can of rotel tomatoes & either corn or white hominey. I serve it over totilla chips with shredded cheese & sour cream. My family loves it!

This was good, but I prefer more ingredients: Slow cooker, hamburger (cooked), 2 cans each of pinto and black beans, can southwest corn, (none of them drained) taco seasoning, tomatoes, 2 cans of tomato sauce, it should fill the whole thing up, let it cook on high for 8 hours while your at work, put it on warm for a little bit to cool it down, sour cream and chips and it's amazing. Will try fresh ingredients next =)
