Taco Potato Rounds

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen crisp shredded potato rounds
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ 25% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix

Steps

    Heat oven to 425°F. In 15x10x1-inch pan with sides, place potatoes. Spray potatoes with cooking spray; toss and spray again. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix; toss to coat.

    Bake 18 to 20 minutes until crisp and thoroughly heated.

  • The small potato rounds called for in this recipe can be replaced with six cups of frozen potato nuggets.
