Super easy to make, and living by myself there's usually enough leftover's for me to take to work or eat later in the week. SUPER delicious.

3 spoons was generous...i only had a 14oz tomato/chili and that must have added too much water - not much (if any) flavor - in my opinion ! This was my third attempt at a chili recipe from BC and i have been disappointed in all of them (that isn't to say that BC has the BEST cookie recipes, tho ! ;D) - going back to my mom's recipe. Thanks for posting !

This recipe is super yummy and very easy! I made tacos one night so I fried up 2 lbs. of hamburger and added my taco seasoning. I then reserved 1 lb. of it and made this chili a couple days later and it was delicious! My boyfriend isn't a huge fan of mexican food and he really enjoyed this and said I could make it again. Its quick and easy and most of all easy clean up...its a one pot meal!!! I added a little cheese and some Fritos on top for extra yummy goodness:)

I brown my meat with an onion. Season with garlic powder and pepper. I add 1 can pinto beans, 1 can red beans, 1 can corn and 2 cans black beans with 1 pkg taco season and 1 package ranch dressing. Mix well. Add 2-3 cans rotel mild tomatoes and cook for about an hour. Serve with shredded colby jack cheese and scoops tostitos.. delicious!!

This was really good and super easy to make! I used a couple cut up chicken breasts instead of beef and added a chopped onion. It was spicy, but not too much for my toddler. I used home-canned tomatoes and a small can of green chiles. Not much liquid, so I added a jar of tomato sauce. Also used canned corn instead of frozen. I am definitely going to make this again!

Forgot to say to add 1 small chopped onion, browned with the hamburger meat.

For a less spicy variation: To browned meat, add pkg. of taco seasoning and Ranch dressing mix, a can of kidney beans, 2 cans pinto beans, 1-2 cans stewed tomatoes, 1 can corn. You can alter to add most of the type of these beans/veggies you like best.

I cooked this dish on another game day (saturday) it was a huge hit; my husband added cheese, sour cream, and I also bought some tortilla chips to crumble in the chili; and oh my God... Can we say simple and delicious; now this is my kind of cooking!! I will prepare this again most definitely!!
