Swiss Almond Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Swiss almond cold-pack cheese food, softened
  • 8 slices unfrosted raisin bread
  • 4 small leaves leaf lettuce
  • 1 lb thinly sliced cooked turkey breast (from deli)
  • 16 thin slices cucumber
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced

Steps

  • 1
    Spread 1 tablespoon cheese food on each bread slice. Top each of 4 bread slices with lettuce, turkey, cucumber and radishes.
  • 2
    Cover sandwiches with remaining bread slices, cheese side down. Cut sandwiches in half diagonally.

  • If you don't have Swiss almond cold-pack cheese food on hand, top each sandwich with a slice or two of cheese such as Swiss, American or Cheddar. You may want to spread each bread slice with butter or mayonnaise.
