  • 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch wedges. In large bowl, toss potatoes and oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place potatoes in single layer in pan.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with fork.
