My husband is a picky eater. He loved this recipe so much, it has become one of his favorites. It was very simple for me to make.

Really enjoyed this recipe! I cut the chicken up while partly frozen to easily make the pieces small so they cooked quickly. Because I used fresh pineapple I used more sweet and sour sauce (closer to a cup) to keep it from being too dry. Even my husband, who is not a stir fry fan, liked it!

This recipe was delicious. I did not use carrots but I spiced it up with red bellpeppers. It was better then takout!

I DON'T HAVE A WORKING PRINTER, SO I HAVE TO WRITE THE RECIPE ON PAPER. BUT, HOWEVER, I NOTICED THAT THERE MIGHT BE AN ERROR ON THIS RECIPE "SWEET-AND-SOUR CHICKEN STIR-FRY". THE INGREDIENTS ASK FOR VEGETABLE OIL, AND IN THE STEPS IT ASKS FOR OLIVE OIL. WHICH ONE SHOULD I USE. THANX. FROM: YVONNE

Because I have a tight budget and cook for a large family I add more sauce and more peppers (mix colors), onions plus I have added broccoli, bean sprouts and even snow peas- all together!

This recipe is delicious....LaChow makes a Sweet and Sour Sauce and I used flour to coat the chicken instead of the Bisquick. I also bought the shredded carrots that you can buy in the produce section of your supermarket. I did use the juice from the can of pineapple too.

Pretty good, fast and super easy. I did however skip the whole bisquick part. Next time I think I will add some garlic and maybe some chillies! I also added a little salt and pepper. My 5 year old also ate this and she hates anything with sauce and pretty much complains about everything I make. :)

Instead of bisquick, use flour. It has the same taste that bisquick does and isn't so messy (it's healthier too)! This was sooo good! My family loved it.
