Because I usually make my own sweet and sour sauce, I was surprised that there wasn't a recipe for it included here. Am I supposed to use jar sauce here? Which one is recommended?

I quite enjoyed this recipe, and it was pretty straight-forward. However, I think that it would be easier to hand dredge the chicken in the Bisquik. I followed the directions, and shook the chicken in the Bisquik, and it became quite lumpy and inconsistent in the bag. Overall, this was a good recipe, and I will try this again.

This was so good and EASY. My 4 year old daughter loved helping to shake the chicken in the bag! My favorite Chinese restaurant just went out of business, but that is OK because this is just as good and probably healthier!

Really enjoyed this recipe! I cut the chicken up while partly frozen to easily make the pieces small so they cooked quickly. Because I used fresh pineapple I used more sweet and sour sauce (closer to a cup) to keep it from being too dry. Even my husband, who is not a stir fry fan, liked it!

This recipe was delicious. I did not use carrots but I spiced it up with red bellpeppers. It was better then takout!
