large mangoes, seed removed, peeled and cut up (2 cups)

cup fresh raspberries (6 oz)

cup crumbled goat cheese (2 oz)

cup roasted salted sunflower nuts

cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
  1. Place 2 cups lettuce on each of 4 serving plates. Evenly arrange chicken, mangoes, raspberries, cheese and sunflower nuts on lettuce. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
