Ingredients

1: lb. ground beef

1: cup penne pasta

1: cup chopped onion

1: clove garlic, chopped

2: T. italian seasoning

15: oz. tomato sauce

: salt and pepper to taste

1: cup water

1: cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

1 Boil water for pasta, cook until not quite done. Brown ground beef and onion.
2 Add s/p, garlic and italian seasoning. Add tomato sauce and water: bring to a boil. Stir in pasta, cover until heated thru, about five minutes.
3 Sprinkle cheese over pasta and allow to melt.

Pretty good when you are in a rush for dinner. Way too much Italian seasoning. Either it's 2 tsp, or 1 Tbl NOT 2 T. Luckily I didn't put that much in. Kind of runny too. maybe don't add that much water.
