lb. ground beef

cup penne pasta
1
cup chopped onion
1
clove garlic, chopped

T. italian seasoning

oz. tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

cup water
1
cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  1. Boil water for pasta, cook until not quite done. Brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Add s/p, garlic and italian seasoning. Add tomato sauce and water: bring to a boil. Stir in pasta, cover until heated thru, about five minutes.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over pasta and allow to melt.
