This has become an easy, tasty, family-favorite recipe. I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips to fill the shells (about one split chicken breast/2 shells). Otherwise I make the recipe according to directions. With the dish covered tightly with foil, the chicken and noodles cook completely and are very tender. It is nice to have a quick recipe such as this that is yummy and my family enjoys!

We have made several times using left over grilled marinated chicken breasts mixed with ricotta, parmesan, garlic powder, fresh chopped basil to taste mixed with a spoonful or 2 of the pasta sauce (tomatoe or alfredo-both awesome. Always use plenty of extra sauce so noodles do not dry out & make a double batch since they freeze very well.

Just made this dish, and it turned out to be very delicious. I did follow some of the suggestions that I read. I cooked the chicken tenders and chopped them. I then added riccotti cheese and a little mozz. cheese, covered with sauce and foil. In 1 hr. I uncovered it and added cheese, 10 mins later we were eating. I will make it again.

Very easy to make, although I wasn't a big fan of handling the raw chicken that much. The pasta came out a little chewy even though I added a can of tomatoes, thinking that the extra liquid would help the pasta cook more. I will make this again, but will add more liquid and more spices. I had 2 shells left after I had stuffed in all the chicken so I made a quick mixture of cottage cheese (I didn't have any ricotta), shredded cheddar and Italian spices and stuffed them with that - I think it was even better than the chicken!

This was super easy to make and I loved it but I added way more cheese then what it called for so it was basically cheese smothered noodles. And even my picky eater loved it...but next time I plan on making it I think I'm going to marinade the chicken the night before and dip it into the sauce so they don't dry out as much. But then again I could have just slightly over cooked the chicken trying to get all the cheese to melt and brown.

Super easy and my picky girls liked it! I used Tyson ready cooked chicken (found in frozen section). I think next time I make this, I'll use the jumbo pasta shells so that I can put more chicken in!

This was a hit at the house for the family plus the picky mother-in-law. I bought the wrong size manicotti shells so my chicken tenders had to be cut up first before being placed inside, but other than that it was great. Added some ricotta cheese since I had to cut up the chicken and was good to go. (I also make my tomato sauce from scratch vs. store bought)
