These cookies are loaded full of the good stuff! For a different flavor, try honey-roasted roasted peanuts instead of regular dry-roasted peanuts.

EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Gold Medal® White Whole Wheat flour can be used in any recipe. It’s the best of both worlds—100% whole grain but with a lighter taste and color. Start substituting 25% or 50% of the all-purpose flour with Gold Medal® White Whole Wheat flour, gradually increasing proportion as desired.

These were great. Didn't have peanuts so subbed in hazelnuts and worked well.

LOVE THESE!!! They have a little bit of everything in them. They are chewy and chunky goodness. Making these again to send to my cousin in Afghanistan. I also love that it makes a HUGE batch (says 84 but I got about 75 out of mine using a tablespoon)
