Recipe is wonderful with raspberries and makes 12 if using the silcone muffin tins.I'm a diabetic and with 25 carbs I feel it fits my program well because of the fiber etc.

I really enjoyed these. I didn't find lemon yogurt at my store so I substituted peach non-fat yogurt and used a mixed berry assortment instead of just raspberries. Delicious!

I made two different batches of this muffin and neither one turned out good. In fact, they were quite dry and did not have a pleasant taste at all.

I''ve made this several times now with good success. I use 1/2 and 1/2, sugar and Splenda. I haven''t used raspberries yet, have used blueberries and blackberries. Thanks, and keep the lightened recipes coming!
