soft hoagie or submarine sandwich rolls (about 6 inches), split

tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing

cup sun-dried tomato spread

romaine leaves

ounces thinly sliced cooked turkey

very thin slices red onion

slices (1 ounce each) mozzarella cheese

cup sliced ripe olives
  1. Spread bottom halves of rolls with mayonnaise; spread top halves with tomato spread. For each sandwich, layer ingredients in this order: romaine, turkey, onion, cheese and olives.
  2. Cut each sandwich in half. Serve immediately or wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving or up to 24 hours.
