Ingredients

lb bowtie pasta, prepared according to package
1
lb fresh button mushrooms, sliced
1
bunch green onions, sliced thinly
1/2
tsp garlic, minced
3
Tbsp julienne sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
3
Tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper

  • 1 Cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions.
  • 2 Sautee sliced mushrooms, sliced green onions, and minced garlic.
  • 3 Combine mushroom mixture with pasta. Add sun-dried tomatoes, with oil from jar.
  • 4 Add olive oil as needed, to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
