package (16 ounces) ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter)
cup soft cream cheese with chives and onions
cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 ounce)
Heat oven to 425º. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread with cream cheese. Top with tomatoes, oregano and basil. Sprinkle with cheeses.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
Use 1 1/4 cups shredded provolone cheese (5 ounces) instead of the mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses. Provolone cheese has a slightly rich, smoky flavor that would be delicious on this pizza.
