Feta cheese paired with sun-dried tomatoes makes a tangy and delicious spread for Food Should Taste Good™ tomato & basil brown rice crackers.

Ingredients

3/4
cup Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
1/2
cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
1/3
cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
1
tablespoon oil from sun-dried tomato jar
1/8
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2
tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
Food Should Taste Good™ tomato & basil brown rice crackers, as desired

Directions

  • 1 In food processor, place yogurt, feta cheese, tomatoes, oil and pepper. Cover; process until well-mixed but not pureed. Add basil; pulse to combine.
  • 2 Place in serving bowl; serve with crackers. Store covered in refrigerator.

Expert Tips

Add some chopped pitted kalamata olives for a color and flavor boost in this spread.

Sun-dried tomatoes are available dry or packed in oil. The oil-packed variety is best for this recipe because they are softer and blend into the spread more easily.
