cup Yoplait® Greek 100 plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
tablespoon oil from sun-dried tomato jar
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves

In food processor, place yogurt, feta cheese, tomatoes, oil and pepper. Cover; process until well-mixed but not pureed. Add basil; pulse to combine.
Place in serving bowl; serve with crackers. Store covered in refrigerator.
Add some chopped pitted kalamata olives for a color and flavor boost in this spread.
Sun-dried tomatoes are available dry or packed in oil. The oil-packed variety is best for this recipe because they are softer and blend into the spread more easily.
