Blogger Arlene Cummings of Cooking With Sugar shares a favorite recipe. "The taste of graham crackers, marshmallow and chocolate are all grown up in my version of a Summer Smores Martini. This cocktail is perfect for a summer time party or an after dinner drink. Why not satisfy your inner child and give my Summer Smores Martini a try tonight?"

I dipped the rim of the glass in Marshmallow Fluff first, then Chocolate Syrup and then the Graham Cracker crumbs.... and took the chocolate syrup and drizzle it around the inside of the glass for a little extra flavor. These are excellent!

How delightful! The store near my house had just taken vanilla vodka off the shelf for some reason but the clerk mentioned marshmallow vodka so I tried that instead. I'm not sure how it tastes with the vanilla vodka but the marshmallow vodka is wonderful :)

I am not a Martini drinker, but for the garnish, why not roast the marshmallow just till good and light brown. Then drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle on the crumbs? That way there is the unmistakable taste of the toasted marshmallow! If you dont toast it for too long, it will not melt so much it wont stay on the skewer.
