My baby sister asked me to make some biscotti with my Christmas cookie selection, "something with dried cherries" she said. I made these and my husband, who is not a biscotti fan, could NOT keep his hands out of the cookie jar! The best biscotti I have ever had. Yum! If there is anyone out there who wants to try a biscotti recipe for the first time, I suggest this one - a guaranteed hit.

I've made this recipe 4 times and it is delicious and my family and friends love it. I wonder, though, how to shape the dough into logs. It's so sticky. Is there a trick I don't know about? Also, the ends of the cookie splinter off when i cut them. I cool them according to directions but still have probems keeping them in tact. Any suggestions? BUT, if you get everything right or wrong, they are a wonderful treat!

I used dried blueberries. Everyone seemed to like them and they were gone in a flash.

This is a delicious recipe. I used half the dough with choc chips for my 8 yr old- the other half I used cranberries as the recipe requested. I also use country time powder lemonade and mixed it with a little water- The only thing I found was that the cookies crumbled apart very easily. They were very delicate. Maybe I need to cook them a little longer next time.

I love love these. Just the right amount of lemon and NO NUTS!!!! so easy too. I did leave them in the oven a little longer for the second baking because I like my Biscotti (paximadia in Greek) crunchy. Will definitely do this again and again

These are my DH's favorite. It's 90 degrees this week and he's requesting them. :) One time, I couldn't find cherries... so I added cherry flavored cranberries and that worked just fine. This recipe is for sure a keeper!

I wish I had made these cookies during the voting window. These cookies are DELICIOUS!! They are tangy and I love the lemon flavor with the cherries. I will definitely make these cookies again to share with family and friends. They are also easy to make.
