LOVED IT!! My husband does not like a lot of cakes but he really enjoyed this one and so did my 16 mo. old son who is a VERY picky eater.

really groovy with vanilla icecream :)I cut up the apple into bits and mixed them with cinnamon n' sugar then mixed them into the batter baked it and sprinkeled the rest of my CnS on top :) super yum to the tum :)

This cake was dry and did not have much taste to it. Would be good for someone who did not like something real sweet.
