Very good! I suggest using the apple juice and not substituting it for milk. It gave it an extra flavor. I used 2 1/2 tbsps of apple juice in the glaze. I didn't have apple pie spice so I created some with the spices they suggested. I have a hard time rolling dough out so after the dough was mixed, I spread it onto wax paper, put another sheet of wax paper on top, rolled it flat, put it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, and then cut it into sticks. Worked perfectly!
