boxes (9 oz each) Green Giant® Simply Steam® frozen baby lima beans

tablespoons butter

oz smoked ham, coarsely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)

small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)

cup finely chopped shallots

bag (1 lb) frozen baby gold and white corn, thawed

teaspoons sugar

teaspoon salt

teaspoon freshly ground pepper

cup whipping cream
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1
tablespoon finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves
  1. Cook lima beans in microwave as directed on package; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook ham in butter 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Add bell pepper and shallots; cook 3 minutes or just until tender.
  3. Add lima beans, corn, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook 6 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cream; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and cream is slightly thickened. Stir in chives, parsley and tarragon.
