Delicious! Everything was great and I loved the fact of cooking everything first then baking. My only issue was the peppers could have been a tad softer. I will make again but will also cook the peppers too prior to stuffing. Give it a try you won't be disappointed!

I grew up on stuffed peppers, and this recipe is wonderful! I did change the beef to ground turkey, used fresh pico de gallo instead of only onion, and also seasoned the meat with lots of garlic. Also, I used spicy rice rather than plain rice. Everyone loved it! I will definitely be making this again soon!

I have made this recipe several times and it is my favorite by far. I add some diced red bell peppers to the meat mixture and I add a can of Rotel diced tomatoes with chili's for extra flavor as well as a little bit of Worcestershire sauce. Shredded cheese to the meat mixture as well, before I fill my peppers makes it that much yummier! My neighbors love when I make this for them, as well as my whole family!

Finally, a stuffed pepper I actually enjoyed making and eating. Very tasty. I accidently used all my Tomato sauce, so I topped it with some leftover Chili sauce. Gave it a nice added flavor.

I am pretty new at cooking and I found this recipe very easy to follow and delicious! Next time I will probably use a more flavorful tomato sauce and add crushed red pepper but I had nothing but compliments.

Super easy prep. I made 1 for dinner and took the other to work for lunch the next day. Almost everyone in the office asked me where I found the recipe so I was more than happy to share it! I'm watching my cholestorol/fat intake so I substituted ground turkey for the beef and brown rice for the white rice.

Really a easy delicious recipe!! I made one change by adding half enchilada sauce instead of the full amount of tomatoe sauce. Really liked the extra spice it added. Will be making this again with my abundance of peppers from my garden.

I just put the peppers in the oven. The house smells amazing. I used 6 lg. peppers and was able to fill them all. I did start out with maybe 1 1/4 lb of ground beef and used a little more than a cup of rice, so maybe that helped. I noticed quite a few comments that they were only able to fill 4. Anyway I was prepared to fill the remaining peppers with a batch of stovetop stuffing if the rice mixture wasn't enough. We are looking forward to these for dinner. I will also use the suggestion of substituting the ground beef for chourico the next time I make this recipe.
