DELICIOUS!!! These muffins are so light and fluffy! These are by far the best muffins I've made! They have lots of flavor and are very moist! I made them for my family, and everyone asked me for the recipe. This recipe is a keeper!

I just got done making these for my boyfriend because if I don't make him some type of muffin or scone he won't make time for breakfast! I didn't have all the exact ingredients though, for example, I used almond milk instead of regular milk, I didn't have any lemon to add lemon peel, I left out the cinnamon (I like cinnamon better with banana or apple, not so much with berries) I also didn't have fresh berries so I used some blackberries, strawberries and blueberries that I had frozen from last spring...so technically they were "fresh frozen". The flavor is fantastic! I am confident these will be approved to be made again ;o)

OMG...this is by far the best! I make muffins 3-4 times a week and always look up new recipes on the net and I'm so glad I ran across this one. One variation (for something diff) is to omit the barries and use brown sugar inplace of granulated suger in the topping...yummy! I also made 6 big muffins instead of 12 little ones. Thanks B.C. for another great recipe!

These muffins are the simply so delicious and easy to make. They have become a family favorite. We have changed the berries to include strawberries and blueberries. My daughter called to get my recipe so that she could treat her friends at work.

This is light and healthy! you can split the flour into 1 cup all-purpose and 1/4 cup whole wheat (if desired). Additionally, you can cut back on calories by trimming back the butter to 2 tbsp. melted plus 1/3 cup applesauce. It is divine!

This is one of the best (and easiest) muffin recipes bar none that I have run across; very light and tasty! I''m sure the muffins are loaded with calories but the taste is phenomenal! I will definitely be making this recipe again. As an added recommendation, I included lemon peel and cinnamon to the topping, which turned out superb. Enjoy!
