Oh this was wonderful! So moist. I substituted cool whip for the frosting and baked it in a 9x13 pan. I just topped it with lots of fresh strawberries. Perrrrrfect. My family loved this cake for mother's day and I will definitely be making it again and again! Thanks Betty Crocker :)

This looks wonderfully delicious. I'm going to make this for John's Birthday next year. Without Betty Crocker's ingredients of course.

This was really good and easy to do. I varied it a bit by adding mango and orange juice to half the hot water required and this along with strawberry flavour was just delicious. Added a few drops of red colouring to make it 'pinky'. It turned out a just bit sweet for my taste so I didn't use frosting and served up with whipped cream instead. Lovely!!!

Very easy and delicious cake. Next time I will add strawberry extract for more of a strawberry flavor and use 2 can of frosting instead of one. One barely covered the whole cake. I had a hard time keeping the strawberries on top (kept sliding off), but it was still a crowd pleaser and was gone in one sitting. A couple of my relatives said it was the most moist cake they had tasted.

For convienience, I made this in a square pan. It was SO easy & delicious! I wasn't sure my husband would like it, but it was gone in 3 days! He commented that because it tasted so light, he could eat twice as much!

I've made this cake twice and both times people raved about how delish it is. Be sure to choose a good quality yogurt for the best flavor.
