Strawberry Yogurt Bruschetta

Yogurt makes an excellent spread! Try it with some delicious fresh fruit for a colorful bruschetta.

mini bagels, split

oz fresh strawberries, diced

tubes (2.25 oz each) Yoplait® Go-Gurt® yogurt or Yoplait® Go-Gurt® Protein yogurt, any flavor (from 1 lb 2 oz box)

  • 1 Place bagels in toaster until lightly toasted. Cool 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place diced strawberries in medium bowl.
  • 2 Spread about 2 teaspoons yogurt on top of each mini bagel slice. Spoon about 2 tablespoons strawberries on top of yogurt on each. Serve immediately.

Feel free to experiment with different types of kid-friendly bread. This recipe works great with whole wheat bread as well!
