I tried this recipe last year at this time (for my husband's birthday). He has always talked about rhubarb and how he liked it when he was young. Well, it was a hit!!! He liked it (turned 68), and everyone down to the youngest...grandaughter at age 4. It can't get better reviews than that! You won't regret trying it. I will be making it for his birthday this weekend. When I told our 36 year old, she said, "Oh yes, you definitely have to make it"! (You might want to seve it with a good vanilla ice cream.)

I have made this recipe 4 times in the last month. My family can`t get enough of it! I would most definately say it has become a favourite! I use frozen rhubarb and fresh strawberries - oh yum!

I haven't made it yet but was wondering how frozen rhubarb and frozen strawberries would work out instead of fresh. Anybody got some feedback?

My 2 year old loves this! It is so good. I doubled the recipe for my large family and they all loved it. Except for my picky 3 year old. She wouldn't even try it but thats ok, at least my 2 year old loves it. Thanks Betty Crocker, this is an awesome dessert, or breakfast.

Got this recipe off the website and made it for a birthday picnic. Everyone raved and wanted the recipe. Ended up making in a smaller pan than suggested and followed the recipe to the letter. My husband says not to lose this recipe as it was a keeper!

My husband loved this! My pan must be a little larger and I had to take some of the topping to help fill the bottom so next time I'll make a little more of the crust & topping. I have never made anything with rhubarb before and this turned out great. I will make this again!

I haven't actually tried this recipe. But the rhubard squares that I make add 1/4 cup flax seeds to the mix. It is a wonderful addition and healthy as well.

So good! This is the first time I've ever worked with rhubarb, and I wasn't quite sure how this would turn out. But I followed the directions exactly (I only needed 4 stalks of rhubarb to get 4 cups since the ones at my local store were giants), and it turned out perfectly! Definitely make sure you eat some while it's still warm -- I could hardly wait because it smelled so great and it tasted even better!
