A vintage-inspired pretty-in-pink chiffon cake with fresh strawberry and rhubarb is the perfect way to celebrate.

My family is gluten free. This cake easily adapted to our flour mix. To make the cake lighter (less fat), I put a simple glaze on it and topped with strawberries instead of the filling and glaze with whipping cream. Great cake we all enjoyed.

Love the recipe but discard the inside of the Cake? I think not. That's a perfect example of waste.

I love both strawberries and rhubarb but why does all recipes have them paired together? like them each by themselves and think ;lots of others do also.
