Loved this bread!!! I used fresh, hulled strawberries which I smashed with potato masher. I used bout a pound for super strawberry flavor. Will absolutely make again!

This was extremely moist. Made 2 changes - used 3/4 unsweetened applesauce + 1/2 cup canola oil to replace the 1 1/4 cup veg. oil. I used 2 cups of fresh diced strawberries instead of frozen. I'd be curious to know how much the fat content was reduced. How about it Betty Crocker? Can you calculate that & let us all know?? I used the Wilton Aluminum Mini Loaf pan and had 15 mini loaves per batch. The baking time was about 18-20 min & fit my schedule better. Plus I can freeze them easier. My college aged teen is taking an entire batch back to the dorm with her!

Another Bread hit. Every Christmas I bake my five year old a Banana Bread, he loves sooo much, however, we went to a farm and picked Strawberries. I get home and wonder what to do with all these strawberries, again a huge success, even at work, I ended up making too much. It went very well with butter and Strawberry Jam, my picky son loved it a lot.

This bread is really yummy! A nice alternative to banana bread, I did make a few changes though, replaced some of the oil with unsweetened applesauce, and added in some of the drained juice from the strawberries. Came out moist and delicious. With the pecans they do loose some of their crunchiness, next time will try with sugared pecans to add in a nice crunch to the bread.

This bread is fantastic. I gave one loaf to a neighbor and they thought so too. I used pecans and they really go well with strawberries. I will make this again.

This bread is a nice change! Mine did stick some to the bottom of the pan....so I would suggest lining the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.

Very good!!! This was really easy to make with my 2 year old who loves to cook. I actually made this in to muffins instead of the bread, they turned out very well. Bake on 400 degrees and for about 15 mins.

This bread is amazing :) My family ate both loafs in a weekend! Great recipe, watch for doneness though.

Very Good. I agree w/other reviewers that there's too much cinnamon. Maybe add 1/2 of what the recipe calls for? I mixed approx 3 cups fresh strawberries in the food processor and that worked out great. I followed the recipe otherwise as is but I did omit the nuts as I don't care for nuts in breads and it turned out fine. I used 9x5 pans and baked for 60 minutes. I will definately make this again.

I don't know if I did something wrong, but this bread was done WAY faster than the recipe said. I happened to check mine about five minutes before the hour was up, and I took it out. I should have taken it out sooner. This NEVER happens with our slow oven. It's good, but watch it for doneness.
