Ingredients

Orange-Honey Dressing

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Salad

  • 12 cups bite-size pieces spinach
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 6 medium green onions, sliced (6 tablespoons)

Steps

    In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients.

    In very large bowl, toss all salad ingredients with dressing.
