Enjoy this sweet and citrusy smoothie made with strawberries and mandarin juice – ready in 10 minutes.
cups sliced fresh or frozen (thawed) strawberries (8 ounces)
cup frozen (thawed) mandarin tangerine juice concentrate*
cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free creamy vanilla yogurt (from 32 oz. container)
cup cold water
strawberries with leaves, if desired
Place 1 1/4 cups sliced strawberries, juice concentrate, yogurt and water in blender. Cover and blend on medium-high speed until smooth. Pour into two 8-ounce glasses. Make a slit in strawberries; place on rim of glasses as garnish.
*Frozen orange juice concentrate may be substituted for the mandarin tangerine juice concentrate.
