Expert Tips

Gouda and Edam cheese are similar in flavor, but Gouda is slightly creamier because of its higher fat content (48 percent compared to Edam’s 40). Look for both cheeses in the gourmet cheese section of the grocery store.

For the freshest taste, always toss salads just before serving.

This colorful and tasty salad can easily be cut in half for family meals. Just remember to also cut the ingredients in half on your shopping list!
