I followed the directions and it made a wonderful salad full of flavor and texture. We used the Gouda cheese and it was scrumptious. The dressing was amazing. I used the ground ginger. There was enough for my family plus our friends family. They wanted the recipe too! Great salad, nice change from the ordinary! Will make this again, and again.

I left out the cheese, but this was still delicious! The dressing has an amazing flavor. I served this at a baby shower and everyone loved it! Will definately keep this one on hand.
