Made this for my boyfriend last weekend. He loved them. I like to bake, but this is the first time I made something that looked so similar to the picture!!! :) Will keep posting about new recipes I try! :)

i love this recipe. its always a hit at my house. i sometimes add a little extra sour cream. it makes the cupcakes so moist that they fall apart after one bite.

these were pretty good...next time I'll add less cream cheese filling. It made me very full after eating just one bc of it. Also, I made my own cream cheese frosting :-)

These cupcakes turned out very delicious. I used a strawberry cake mix instead of the vanilla and it added a nice twist to the flavor. Alot of the cupcakes had a dent in the center so I would probably put half of the cake mix in the cup, add the creamcheese and preserves and then add more of the mix over the top next time.

I made these cupcakes but changed them a little bit. I added a blueberry preserve along with the strawberry in the middle. I whipped the cream cheese prior to putting it in the middle. I used the cream cheese frosting recipe from another review but added a little strawberry preserve in it and added a little red food coloring. I shared with my family and neighbors. THEY LOVED IT! They were so moist. Definitely will be making these again.

These were AWESOME! Made them for a bbq and everyone loved them. Made them exactly as the recipe instructs. The only thing I would change next time is add a little more strawberry preserves to each cupcake than what it calls for and maybe try to spread it out over the top instead of just the middle. I pipped the frosting through a large ziplock bag for a professional look and then topped with 2 strawberry slices (cut long ways, not like the pic). They looked beautiful.

I just made these cupcakes for my daughter's birthday and they were a huge hit! I want to try them using raspberry jam and raspberries on top. Might use a bit more cream cheese and jam the next time, although they were perfect the way they came out this time! Cupcakes are the new birthday cakes in our area so my daughter (a chef herself) absolutely loved them! Thanks for a great recipe!

I made these with strawberries a few weeks ago and it the were fantastic! I tried them again last night with blueberry jam and fresh blueberries on top and they were even better!
