I made this for a party. People loved them (many asked to take one on the road when they leave). They are easy to make and they look like professional dessert! Thanks to tips from others, you do NOT need the icing or candy sprinkles - too sweet. I skipped those, only used 3/4 cup powder sugar instead of a cup and they were PLENTY sweet. I will use only 1/2 cup powder sugar next time. I put a slice of strawberry for decoration.

I made these for a friend's party. I was first amazed by how much they were so much easy to make and second by how much everyone liked it! And as mur007 said, I used the tart shaper. It made it easy to make the cup shape.

Very good! Everyone really liked! After they baked, I did have to push down the dough so there would be room for the filling. I see that someone mentioned using a tart shaper in the comments below. I'll have to seek one of those out, as I'm sure that I'll be making these again.

These were great however, I would probably follow Adej528's advice and press a tart shaper once they cooked for a little bit. Mine filled up once the dough spread during baking. I assume these need refrigerated since they have the cream cheese. I look forward to trying different varieties of dough and fillings.

I made these for the office for Valentines day.. OMG, people raved about them! I made exactly as the recipe shows, worked beautifully. I can see myself changing up flavors and such, like the other reviews have done, as I like to experiment with flavors. I recommend these if you have the time.. wonderfully decadent!

Love this recipe. I had an abundance of this cream cheese thanks to a sale and coupons this was the perfect recipe to use some of it up. I use a a medicine cup from my kids cough medicine to help shape the dough. I press the ball of dough into the cup then bake for about 9 mins then press the medicine cup down into each cup then let it cool for about 10 mins in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.

Love Cookie mix - so easy. Used wooden tart shaper to press balls into muffin pan. For creamier less sweet filling, I used Mascarpone cheese and added a little powdered sugar & just enough milk to make right consistency (about 1 TBSP). Awesome. Did not need icing. Flavored cheese with a little strawberry jam and put 1/2 fresh strawberry on top to finish. Big hit!

Was very disappointed. This is the second time I have used BC cookie dough mix and had problems. First, the recipe doesn't say to use mini muffin pans so I used regular ones, and of course the 1 in. ball isn't enough and then even after cooling, they don't come out of the greased pan.....had to scrap the whole thing. So sad. They looked so good in the picture. Won't be using the cookie dough mix again.

I like raspberry better than strawberry so I used raspberry flavoring in the spreadable cream cheese and used chocolate cookie dough for the 'crust'. Then on top, use the white icing and put a fresh raspberry on top for decor instead of the sprinkles...looks wonderful! Tastes great!
