Splurge on fancy pancakes that are paper thin and extra delicious.

made these for breakfast for the kids & of course they loved them. they both had 2! & I love that it made a lot & you can freeze them up to 3 months so I can thaw them out & make them again whenever I want!! very nice since my husband's a truck driver, so I got to save some for him to try later! :)

The batter for these crepes was soooo good and super simple to make!! I made the crepes one morning for my boyfriend, he also loved them. I was nervous that the batter would burn easily in the pan since they were so thin but it didnt. Instead of using this filling I just warmed up some frozen berries which I used as the filling and made Partylite's Two Sisters Gourmet Bursting Blackberry Cabernet Preserve into a sauce and used it as a topping. Wish I had the igredients for the creme filling but hopefully next time. They were still to die for!! I would definately recommend these to anyone and I will for sure be using this recipe again.

I wasn't ALL that impressed. A very good, easy short cut, but the filling (whip cream and sugar) didn't taste right with the crepes. Next time I will try a different filling. The batter was also kind of thick, I had to add more milk to thin it out so it would spread in the pan.

These were delicious! I agree they taste more like pancakes than crepes, but who cares? It was heaven nontheless. :) I will definitely make these again.

was great! instead of the filling they said to make, i cut up bananas and strawberry's and put them inside of the crepe along with strawberry yogurt sprinkled with cinnamon. Then, on the top of the crepe i drizzled so yogurt, powdered sugar, granola, and some cinnamon. It was EXCELLENT!

I made these for a family breakfast. I made the crepes the night before the event and rolled the crepes the morning of the event. They were a big hit. I will be making them again for my friend's family Christmas breakfast.

Although I found this recipe to be quite easy, the crepes tasted more like pancakes than actual crepes. The filling however, was wonderful! I think I'm going to try to find a different crepe recipe, and use the filling in it.

This recipe is FANTASTIC! I''ve been struggling to find a perfect summer dinner, and this is it. I usually hate pancakes, but these are so fluffy and delicious. It is very quick and easy. This one will be used all summer long!
