The cooled white chocolate/cream mixture did thicken up when whipped after being cooled to room temperature. This was a waste of $5 worth of chocolate as it had to be thrown away.

Yum! I made the cake my usual way (box of cake mix, 1 cup water, 1 cup mayonnaise, 3 eggs) added the almond extract and baked it according to the box instructions. I had white chocolate chips so I used those, but found they didn't melt completely with the hot cream so I put the mixture in a pan on the stove and melted it this way. The end result was very yummy. The cake could have been eaten alone it was so moist and tasty. Great recipe.

for your information i love what you can show us what is good maybe if you make dog & cat treats a lot of people will buy all of them and they will become so popular that the stores they will have to buy more and more for the store and everyone will be super duper happy they will want so more stuff that you will have to make a lot more treats for dogs and cats if you put this in the newspaper we will be so popular you and me shall meet someday and you can show me how you make your foods so i can make them at home yours,sincreily Olivia Rumsey

The cake portion was delicious! I will make this again. I didn't love the filling. I would prefer just pure whipped cream with my berries. The white chocolate in the whipped cream was an odd flavor; when chilled it became very firm and strange to cut.
