  1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTILL A LITTLE MOIST, IF TO DRY ADD A LITTLE MORE MILK, PREHEAT OVEN TO 350, THEN ON A NON-STICK COOKIE SHEET, PLACE APROMX, 3 TABLESPOONS OF MIXTURE ON COOKIE SHEET, FILL COOKIE SHEET, BAKE FOR 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN!
  2. STRAWBERRIES SHOULD BE FRESH, AND WASH AND CUT INTO SMALL PIECES INTO A LARGE STAINESS STEAL BOWL, CAN PREP DAY BEFORE, THEN SMASH STRAWBERRIES WITH A POTATO SMASHER, UNTIL LIKE A PUREE, THEN ADD A 1/2-3/4 CUP OF SUGAR, AND MIX WELL KEEP REFRIDERATED
  3. PLACE SMALL STAINLESS STEEL BOWL IN FREEZER FOR APROMX, 10-15 MINUTES, REMOVE ADD WHIPPING CREAM BLEND ON HIGH WITH MIXER, WHEN SOMEWHAT FIRM ADD VANILLA AND POWDER SUGAR AND CREAM OF TARTER, MIX UNTIL PEAKS FORM STIFF, KEEP REFRIDGERATED
  4. WHEN SWEET CAKES ARE DONE WHILE WARM PLACE 1-2 IN A BOWL, THEN TOP WITH STRAWBERRIES AND ADD WHIP CREAM, OR TOP WITH MILK FIRST, OR JUST ADD MILK FOR A QUICK DIFFRENT SWEET BREAKFEAST! OR TOP WITH WHIP CREAM FOR AFTER DINNER!
