Great treat! Instead of peaches I like to substitute and use a chopped up mango

I tried this dessert for a BBQ, and it was delicious. The directions said to fold in the pudding, I had to actually use the mixer to blend everything to a nice smooth texture. Everyone loved it though, big crowd pleaser.

This went very well. Tasted great and the family loved it! I would suggest more peaches or peach yogurt in place of preserves!! Yummy!!
