1: cup sugar

1/2: tsp salt

2: tsp vanilla extract

2: tsp baking powder

2/3: cup vegetable oil

2: cups all purpose flour

2: eggs eggs

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 400 F
2 in large mixing bowl mix all ingredients except flour until well blended
3 Slowly add flour, mix well
4 Drop by rounded tbsp onto ungreased cookie sheet bake 8-10 min or until golden brown
