Sticky Pork Ribs

Succulent pork ribs cooked in the oven after being marinated overnight.

Ingredients

tablespoon canola oil
2
tablespoons barbecue sauce
2
tablespoons sweet chili sauce
3
tablespoons white vinegar
1/4
cups soy sauce
1
tablespoon chopped garlic
1
cup pinneapple juice
1/4
cup brown sugar
1
teaspoon salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 In a large ziploc bag mix all ingredients together Add ribs to bag, seal and coat ribs. Place in a bowl in case of spillage and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Overnight is best.
  • 2 Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place marinated ribs on baking sheet and cover with foil. Reserve marinade. Poke holes in foil Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
  • 3 Bring reserved marinade to a boil over medium heat and reduce. 30 mins. time. Set aside. After 1 1/2 hours remove foil. Bring temperature up to 400 degrees.
  • 4 Baste ribs, turn, cook another 5 minutes. Baste ribs, turn, cook another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
