Health Twist
You can cut some of the fat from this dish by rinsing the ground beef with hot water after draining. Simply place browned beef in a strainer and rinse with hot, running water. Pat dry with a paper towel and return to skillet.
French-fried onions add irresistible crunch to this yummy hamburger dish. But if you don’t have any on hand, you can use crushed potato, corn or tortilla chips instead!
