This was good, but definitely needs some work. Add cheese to both layers. One can of refried beans instead of two regular beans. Add soem meat as well. Otherwise the flavors are pretty good!

I use flour tortillas and green chile enchilada sauce. I also add jalapenos and cheese to the first layer. I cut the recipe in half if just making it for 2 people.

This recipe was definitely missing something. It needed some spices. Next time I would try adding chili powder, cumin, lettuce, tomato, or jalapenos.

This is a great recipe! I am a vegetarian and loved this recipe. I used a can of refried beans and vegan meat substitute. I will make this again, but I will definately add a little extra sauce to the bottom of the caserole dish to keep it from getting too dry when i heat the leftovers:)

I added baked chicken strips to this recipe. I like the recipe, but without the chicken strips, it would have been too much like chili.

Since when do enchiladas have beans in them? This was not a good recipe for my family. We will stick with regular enchiladas next time.
