package Pastry dough in roll pillsbury

  1. Mix 3 1/2 cups of berries with 1/2 c sugar in glass bowl then add flour. In processor chop pecans with 1 tblsn sugar, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, add cinnamon chips.
  2. Let dough set out. Put bottom layer in 9" pie dish. Spoon berry mix into pie. Put pecan mix on berry mix, put remaining berries on, cover with pie crust. Pinch edges.
  3. Brush top of pie with milk, sprinkle 1/4 c sugar.
  4. On table place 2 sheets of foil, set pie in center. Wrap foil up over edges to prevent burning.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, then reduce heat to 325 degrees continue baking 20-25 min.
