this is a great recipe! there are a lot of commercial low fat or fat free balsamic dressings. I did substitute roasted walnuts (left out the sugar) but next time i'll use 1tsp honey after roasting them for a bit more sweetness. Fat free Feta makes this lower calorie/fat. Blending fruit into salads creates such a great salad! I can't wait to try this with grilled chicken or thinly cut and marinated pork (Korean style ribs).
