Spring Greens with Molasses Vinaigrette

Molasses vinaigrette provides a wonderful addition to this spring green salad that’s ready in just 15 minutes – perfect for side dish.

clove garlic, finely chopped

bag (5 oz) mixed spring greens

red onion, thinly sliced

cup croutons, if desired

  • 1 In small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, molasses, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper with whisk.
  • 2 In large bowl, toss greens with desired amount of dressing. Top with onion and croutons. Serve with remaining dressing.
