Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon white vanilla baking chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 drops green food color
  • 4 clear plastic cups (8- to 9-oz size)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (about 4 scoops)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 cups milk

Steps

  • 1
In small microwavable bowl, microwave vanilla chips and oil uncovered on High about 1 minute or until chips can be stirred smooth. Stir in green food color. With tip of knife, spread on inside of each cup to look like eyes and mouth.
  • 2
In blender, place remaining ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into cups. Serve immediately.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
For a healthier treat, substitute yogurt for the ice cream.
  • tip 2
Vanilla chips can burn quickly in the microwave, so keep an eye on them. You can substitute vanilla candy coating for the chips--just omit the oil.
