These sandwiches were tasty. Storing them wrapped in plastic wrap in the refrigerator over night caused the bottoms to be soggy.

I made these for my family today. They will be popular in my house from now on. My daughter is a picky eater and even she will eat these sandwiches. Very easy to make and they are DELICIOUS!!!!

The cliche about running around in a circle is quickly transferred to the positive when you make these, taste these and enjoy them with friends. This is one of the best things to come out of my kitchen. Just a little twist melt the cheese in the oven (before you add the spinach). Also if you do not like spinach just replace with lettus. It''s great!! i classify this as a MUST TRY.
