Very filling and tasty. I layered thin slices of tomato at the bottom and added the spinach on top. Also, I used whole fresh basil on top of the egg mixture, which gave it a great look as well as delicious aroma and flavor. The fritata was moist and soft and delicious when served warm. This recipe is now a favorite breakfast for my family.
